Pool Guidelines and Rules


Upon purchasing your new home, you became a member of the Homeowners' Association (HOA).  All HOA members - in good standing - have access to the Community Amenities.  The pool and cabana area is behind a key card-access gate. YOU MUST HAVE AN ACCESS KEY CARD TO ENTER THE POOL AREA.  If you do not have a card or are in need of a replacement card, contact NMI by e-mail at poolkey@nmitx.com.  Remember, it is not recommended that anyone swim alone and there is No Lifeguard on Duty so supervision of children is MANDATORY.

Pool Rules     (Hours 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.)

  • Do Not Swim Alone
  • Children 14 and Under Must Have an Adult Member (18 or Older ) in Attendance
  • Person(s) With Contagious Disease, Diarrhea, Skin Abrasions or Open Infected Sores Will Not Be Allowed In Pool
  • Proper Swim Attire Required--All Diapers Must Be Covered With Tight Plastic Pants
  • Do Not Alter or Remove Safety Equipment
  • Glass Prohibited Inside Pool Gates
  • No Food or Beverage In or Near Water
  • No Smoking
  • Non-Service Animals Prohibited
  • No Diving, Running, Rough Play and/or Pushing In/Around the Pool
  • No Volleyball Nets, Skateboards, Bikes, Scooters, or Roller Blades Allowed
  • Gates Must Remain Closed at All Times
  • Maximum 4 Guests Per Household—Guests Must Be Accompanied By An Adult Member (18 or Older)
  • Members Are Responsible For Damages Caused By Them or Their Guests
  • Members Are Authorized To Expel Any Person(s) Due To Disruptive Behavior, Being Underage, or Lack Of An Adult Member Present

It is the responsibility of each resident to see that these rules are enforced in order to maintain a safe pool area for the use and recreation of all concerned.  The Board of Directors has the obligation and right to suspend the membership and pool privileges of any member who abuses their privilege or creates a safety hazard for others.
